Inscription NFT and token transfer status

Inscription NFT and token are in a relatively bound state, using distributed counting and fractional transfer operation methods. When the token transfer process occurs in the user's account, the user's balance is lower than the relative ownership of the complete NFT, and the status of the received Inscription NFT will be will be burned, and when the token is transferred to the user's wallet and the relative balance is higher than the full ownership of the corresponding inscription NFT, this will trigger a stable state and mint new tokens, which will be written into the steam-941 relative stable state protocol.
